Mail & Packages

Mail

You can receive your mail from your mailbox, located on the first floor of the building you reside in. Packages and mail too large for your mailbox can be picked up at the Student Housing & Residential Office or at the Cal State Monterey Bay Mailroom depending on the carrier used to send the package.

Packages

Pick up locations for packages vary depending on what service was used to send them. If a package arrives for you from USPS or UPS, you will receive an email notification from Student Housing to pick up your package at the Student Housing & Residential Life office.

Packages delivered by Fedex or DHL will be delivered to the Cal State Monterey Bay Mailroom, located in building 35. If a package arrives for you, and is delivered to the mailroom, you will receive either a yellow slip in your mailbox, or an email directly from the Mailroom notifying you for pick up.
