Friday, August 19 is Main Campus Move-In Day

Before you are able to move into your on-campus housing assignment at Cal State Monterey Bay, there are 3 crucial steps you must complete before you receive your key.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE-IN WITHOUT MEETING THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

1. ARE YOU FULLY ENROLLED?
All undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 12 units. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least 6 units to be eligible to live on campus.

August 19th is Main Campus Move-In Day


Students who have paid tuition, housing, and meal plan fees for the Fall 2011 semester on or before July 29, 2011, and have full-time enrollment status (12 units undergraduate, 6 units graduate), are eligible to check into their Fall Assignment Friday, August 19, 2011. (Financial Aid students qualifying for payment extensions are eligible too).

Reservation Days 2011 Main Campus Letter

ATTENTION: Current Main Campus Residents

During Reservation Days, you will have the opportunity to reserve a space and retain your housing rate lock for the 2011-2012 academic year. Room reservations are based on available space. This letter provides crucial details regarding the Reservation Days process.

There are three large updates to the Reservation Days process:

November 30th deadline for Academic Year License Cancellation Forms

In order to break their 2010/2011 academic year housing license, residents are required to submit a License Cancellation Form. Academic Year License Cancellation Forms may be picked up in the Student Housing & Residential Life office, located in the Student Center. Staff are available for assistance 8:00am-8:00pm Monday through Friday, and 12:00pm-3:00pm Weekends.

Academic Year License Cancellation Forms must be turned in no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2010.

TAPS to Begin Enforcing Bicycle Policy

On Thursday, November 18, 2010 an email update went out to residents regarding the enforcement of Bicycle Regulations on campus.

Starting December 1, 2010, Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS), will be enforcing Cal State Monterey Bay's Bicycle regulations, Sections 1206 and 1209.

Beginning January 24, 2011, TAPS will start enforcing all codes under the bicycle regulations.
