Friday, August 19 is Main Campus Move-In Day

Before you are able to move into your on-campus housing assignment at Cal State Monterey Bay, there are 3 crucial steps you must complete before you receive your key.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE-IN WITHOUT MEETING THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

1. ARE YOU FULLY ENROLLED?
All undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 12 units. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least 6 units to be eligible to live on campus.

2. HAVE YOU TAKEN CARE OF YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT BALANCE?
Tuition, housing and meal plan balances must be paid prior to move-in, unless you have a Financial Aid Payment Extension. If you qualify for this extension, you must have a zero account balance by September 2, 2011, regardless of whether or not your awards have been received.

3. DO YOU HAVE YOUR OTTER CARD?
Pick up your Otter Card at the Student Center, before you proceed to your check in area. You will need to present your Otter Card at the check-in station.

You can log into your MYHousing portal via your MYCSUMB dashboard to easily access housing assignment information, check-in information, and other important documents.
