Reservation Days 2011 Timeline
Student Housing Reservation Days Process Timeline
Friday, February 11, 2011—Friday, March 4, 2011
Main Campus - Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors
- Make sure you have paid your Spring 2011 housing/meal plan.
- Pay $100.00 Reservation Day deposit online, or in person at the Campus Service
- Center.
- Complete the Main Campus 2011-2012 academic year housing application.
East Campus – Seniors or students who are 21+ years of age
- Make sure you have paid your Spring 2011 housing/meal plan.
- Pay $100.00 application fee, in person, at the Alliance Residential Company, 603
- Thomas Court.
- Complete the East Campus on-line application and choose from a Whole or
- Partial License.
- Once the application is complete, Seniors are done with the Reservation Days
- process. Seniors will be assigned on a first come first come basis, and sent
- information once that have been assigned.

8:00 p.m. – Student Center: Join us for refreshments, meet potential roommates,
make new friends, and learn about the Reservation Days process!
Monday, March 7, 201
Lottery numbers and time frames will be generated and sent to students.
Friday, March 11, 2011
Juniors (and Freshmen/Sophomores who are 21+ years of age) reserve a space in
the Strawberry Apartments, based on their lottery number and assigned time.
Monday, March 14, 2011
Freshmen and Sophomores who can fill an entire Suite in North Quad, or a whole
room in the Residence Halls, reserve a space in either the Pinnacles or Vineyard Suites,
Sanderling or Tortuga Hall (2nd and 3rd floors), based on their lottery number.

Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors who can fill an entire Suite in North Quad, or a

Suites, Sanderling Hall or Tortuga Hall, out of available spaces.
Thursday, March 17, 2011
Individual Juniors select a room out of available remaining spaces on the Main
Campus. (Freshmen/Sophomores are still able to reserve on this day.
Friday, March 18, 2011
Seniors who did not reserve in East Campus, and all other students who still need to
reserve, select a room out of remaining spaces (Housing eligibility for areas will apply).
Friday, March 18, 2011 @ 5:00 pm
Reservation Days online process ends.
March 21-30, 2011
Students who still wish to participate in the Reservation Days process must come in
person to Student Housing & Residential Life to check on available spaces.
March 31, 201
Cal State University, Monterey Bay closed in observation of Caesar Chavez Day.
