Due to an unexpected increase in Main Campus Reservation applications, Main Campus housing is currently full. You are receiving this email because you have completed the Reservation Process for Main Campus and did not reserve a space because you either missed your lottery time, or there were no spaces available.
At this time, you have been placed on a waitlist for Main Campus housing.
We will be sending emails with your waitlist information on Friday, March 15, 2013; and this information will be accessible via your MyHousing homepage starting on Monday, March 18, 2013
We will begin assigning students into the first available Main Campus space, regardless of the specific room type you may have been wanting to reserve in. Because space will be limited, we cannot guarantee students will be assigned with requested roommates. Students who are assigned, and wish to request a change in their assignment, will need to wait until the Room Transfer Process, which begins on September 9, 2013, to do so. We will not be processing assignment changes prior to September 9, 2013.
Because assignments are based on availability, there is a possibility you may not immediately receive a room assignment. Freshmen and Sophomores will receive priority for assignment into Sanderling Hall, Pinnacles Suites, and Vineyard Suites. Juniors, and students who are 21+ years of age will receive priority for assignment into the Strawberry Apartments.
If it is important for you to have your housing confirmed prior to the end of the Spring semester, you may want to consider off campus housing, as we cannot provide a guaranteed timeline for an Main Campus assignment. Should you choose to pursue off campus options, there is still a possibility for you to move onto campus during the 2013-2014 school year, as space permits. Residents on the waitlist, who choose to cancel their Main Campus Reservation Application, will receive a full refund on their $100.00 Reservation Deposit.
UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR APPLICATION, you will remain on the waitlist until you are assigned.

We understand the importance of living in on-campus housing and want to assure you we are doing all we can to assign students on the waitlist. We will be contacting students as space becomes available and ask that you be patient as we continue to work on assignments. Because of the heavy call volume, we ask that you do not call our office to receive an update on your waitlist status. Students calling our office about their status on the waitlist will be referred to check their MYHousing portal for more information. If you need assistance logging into your MyHousing portal, our staff is available Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm to assist you.
